I Rewired My Brain in 5 Minutes a Day: Here’s How You Can Too

Last month, I was drowning in anxiety, stuck in my daily tasks, and could not remember the last time I felt truly happy.

Fast forward 30 days, and I feel much more productive in my work, cut my anxiety in half, and woke up excited every morning.

The craziest part is that I did it by spending just 5 minutes a day on a simple brain hack.

In this article, I will share this simple hack with you. It is very simple, but it is a life-saver (one day at a time).

The 5-Minute Brain Reboot:

Here’s the exact technique I used, backed by neuroscience:

1. Find a quiet space (1 minute)
Close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths.

2. Visualize your ideal self (2 minutes)
See yourself living your best life. Engage all senses.

3. Positive affirmations (1 minute)
Repeat 3 personally meaningful affirmations.

4. Action planning (1 minute)
Identify one small step you’ll take today towards your vision.
