According to research published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, engaging in reflection exercises helps you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your values, and your goals. This heightened self-awareness leads to greater clarity and purpose, enabling you to make more informed decisions about your life and career path. By outlining your dreams, desires, and goals for the upcoming year, you can set yourself up for success and fulfilment.

In this article, I invite you a thought-provoking time travel exercise that will enable you to go one year back and one year forward.

You will imagine yourself one year back and then one year forward, allowing your hands to guide your responses without judgment.

You will first explore how your life has evolved over the past year, what lessons you have learned, and how you have grown.

You will then delve into the exciting prospect of where you envision yourself in the future, including your dreams, goals, and desired accomplishments.

By investing a small amount of time in these exercises, you will embark on a transformative journey towards personal growth, enhanced self-awareness, and goal…
