Why you should write an inspirational letter to self

Writing a letter to yourself is a very simple, but powerful exercise.
Let’s say you need some motivation to move yourself forward.
One of the best strategies is to write an inspirational letter to yourself.
In your letter, you can focus on what you want for your life, what your goals and dreams are, which principles and values guide you, where you want to see yourself in the future, and what your desires and aspirations are.
In this short Medium piece, I provide you a very simple exercise:
Please write a letter to yourself that inspires you.
You have 10 minutes to do this.
It is a very easy exercise, and there is no wrong way of doing this.
Below you will see two examples of short inspirational letters I have written to myself.
I am sharing them with you with the hope of helping you get you started.
